Arrowroot is a software-focused growth equity firm looking to make investments of $5-$25MM into growing and healthy, subscription-based software companies (SaaS). These companies are typically “in-betweener” companies that are growing too slowly (20-80%) for Silicon Valley VCs and/or are too small ($5-$20MM in sales) for larger PE firms seeking to write checks of $30MM+. Ideally our invested capital will go towards growth-related initiatives (typically sales & marketing) for which we seek to be a value-added partner through our network of consultants with expertise in scaling SaaS companies.
