We make it easy for you to take your customer data from where it’s generated (your website, mobile app, server, etc) and move it to where it’s useful (Google Analytics, Intercom, etc), giving you a 360-degree view of your customers.

Prior to using Segment, Typeform’s eng team suffered poor data quality which impacted their ability to make accurate business decisions. With our solution, they enforced naming standards upon data collection
allowing them to reduce the number of tracked events by 75%. This became immensely impactful for their downstream analysis because now Typeform has complete consistency in how they track events across all tools.
